Since 1993, Gyanendra Gupta (aka Chef GG) has been part of the Taj Family as joined the Taj Mahal Bombay. His first memory of food began at the early age of 10, as his Mom brought him into her kitchen. Many memories later, Chef was able to take the skill sets he learned from his Mom to the Taj Mahal Bombay. There he had the privilege to cook for many celebrities and international dignitaries.
With the experience of Taj Mahal Bombay under his belt, the Chef moved to the Caribbean. His passion for meet and greet and feed all different types of people lead him to a decade of positive experiences on the island.
After some time, the call of India came roaring back as Taj launched Vivanta by Taj in Panaji, Goa in 2008. His tenure as the Executive Chef led to many awards such as the Times Food Awards. After leaving his footprint at Vivanta, the Chef ventured into a new challenge at Jai Mahal Palace of Taj in Jaipur.
Destiny and the love of ocean breeze and Goa villages brought the Chef back to Goa to the Taj Holiday Village in 2015.
Friends, family, food and the calling of the ocean waves brought the Chef to a new challenge here in Lewes, Delaware.
